The SLIM subsidy of up to € 25,000 can be applied for in March 2022.
The SLIM subsidy can be applied for by small and large SMEs.
For example, for the introduction of a method that stimulates employees to further develop their knowledge, skills and talents and to use them for the organization.
How do you apply for a SLIM subsidy?

- Subsidy amount (max): €25.000.*
- Owncontribution: the subsidy amounts to 80% of the subsidy for small SMEs and 60% of the subsidial costs for medium-sized SMEs.

Screening of the company
The changes in the labor market (think of ever-increasing technological possibilities, robotization and digitization) can affect the required knowledge, skills and organizational structure of your company. As an entrepreneur, you can apply for a subsidy to engage an external consultant to have your company audited and to make a future-oriented training and development plan, which your company can then immediately start working on. A training and development plan provides insight into the current structure of your company, the knowledge and skills of your staff and the (sectoral/regional) environment in which your company operates. A plan not only shows the current state of affairs, but also looks at the consequences of trends such as digitization, robotization and technology. To get an answer to these questions, you as an entrepreneur can receive a subsidy to obtain career or development advice for the employees in your organization.
In order to arrive at a career or development advice, a process is started between a career advisor and an employee. This process looks at the current work of the employee and its future perspective. In addition, the competencies (skills) and qualities of your employee are made transparent and it is examined what future career opportunities he or she has on the labor market. Career or development advice encourages employees to actively think about their future. This also helps you as an entrepreneur to keep employees vital and can also be helpful for the strategic planning of your company. You can choose the advisor yourself.
