With Skills management, the organization builds up a knowledge matrix and the professionals gains insight into their own growth potential.

The employee receives questions about the desired skills and can indicate what the skill level is.

The questions are about Soft Skills, role specific skills or, for example, the tooling that is used.

The outcome is organizational and personal insight into the development options.

With this outcome, the 1-on-1 conversation between the professional and manager is also facilitated.

  • What is your knowledge of Labour Policy and Legislation at?

Sales professional

  • At what level can you advise customers?

For the IT professional

In order to gain insight into the skills present, the professional is asked to estimate their own skill level.

We do this on the basis of a scale of 1 to 5.
